Start with what you have, in whatever way feels natural.
Install the plugin, connect WordPress and verify each authorised user’s phone number. Set your article language, editorial tone and preferred length.
Tap “New post” and send text, voice notes and photos, even across several messages. When you’re done, ask FastFlow to prepare a preview.
Read the article on WhatsApp. Adjust the title, tone or length, choose the cover photo, then save a draft or publish.

Generating a preview doesn’t publish anything. Ask for revisions before confirming that you want to save or publish.
02 / A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Inspired by our tests of a recipe shared through a voice note. The conversation and photos are illustrative, not a customer testimonial.
Picture a blogger making her apple cake. Her hands are busy, but she already knows the ingredients and every step by heart.
“I used 3 apples, 200 g of flour, 2 eggs and 100 g of sugar. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.” She sends a voice note and two photos.
FastFlow organises the ingredients and method. It may ask for optional details to improve the article. She can choose “Proceed as is”.
“Shorten the introduction and use photo 2 as the cover.” The revision should preserve quantities, timings and temperatures that weren’t part of the requested change.
She reviews the preview and chooses “Save as draft”. The article and photos arrive in WordPress, ready for the finishing touches.

The first completed preview counts as one article and includes two AI revisions, for an article of up to around 1,000 words. An additional rewrite or a later update to an existing article counts as another article. Generated previews count even if you don’t save them.
Saving or publishing the same draft doesn’t count again. Monthly allowances don’t roll over. If the service fails, the allowance used is returned to your balance.
Add 10 articles for €15 + VAT, including 30 additional audio minutes. Extras are available on request only: no automatic purchases or charges.
To keep the service sustainable, each article allows up to 20 source messages, 10 photos, 12,000 text characters and 20 minutes of audio, within your remaining allowance. Regenerations beyond the two included revisions count as another article.

A simple workflow works better when you know what to expect.
No. Preparing a preview doesn’t save or publish the article. Once you’ve reviewed it, choose whether to save a draft or publish it on WordPress.
A WordPress site where you can install the plugin, an account with the necessary permissions and a WhatsApp number to verify. Install FastFlow, connect your site and activate phone numbers in Users activation. Verifying your number starts your trial. Link a verified email in your FastFlow account to manage your profile and plan when account access opens.
Yes. Send text or voice notes, then your photos. FastFlow collects the material for your request. When you’re done, tap “Prepare preview”. You can also send a photo with a caption.
FastFlow may suggest a few details that could improve your article. These are optional: answer the questions or choose “Proceed as is” to get a preview using the available information, even if it’s shorter.
Change the title, tone or length; rewrite, add content or update sections. Select, remove and reorder photos by number. For individual word edits, formatting or precise layout changes, use the WordPress editor.
Not at the moment. Refer to the number assigned in the order you sent each photo: for example, “Use photo 2 as the cover”. Don’t refer to “the photo of the stage” without specifying its number.
Voice notes are transcribed to prepare your text. Video analysis, embedded audio/video players, advanced photo layouts and automatic location processing aren’t part of the current workflow. You can add those elements in WordPress.
Set your article language, editorial instructions and preferred length in the plugin. The WhatsApp conversation can adapt to the user’s language, while the article keeps the language selected for your content.
Your trial ends after 14 days or 3 articles, whichever comes first. No card is required and no subscription starts automatically. The audio allowance is 10 minutes in total. The trial is assigned to your account, requires a verified phone number and doesn’t reset when you reinstall the plugin. Articles you’ve created remain on your WordPress site.
The plugin code is available in the FastFlow repository. To use the WhatsApp and AI service, connect your site and verify your number inside the plugin to start the trial. Downloading the plugin does not activate a subscription.
